UltraWAVE BTS 6 offers band operation in both 850 MHz and 900 MHz and supports frequency hopping, sectorization, and GPRS.
Designed for easy expansion, UltraWAVE BTS 6 is field upgradeable making capacity growth safe and easy. Further, field replaceable modules are hot swappable which eliminates the need to shut down or recalibrate the system to restore normal operations. This unique approach allows an operator to employ an incremental, build-as-you-grow approach – as subscriber demand increases, the initial deployment can easily expand into a higher capacity system that is capable of supporting more subscribers.
UltraWAVE BTS 6 also simplifies maintenance and lowers the associated costs by featuring remote monitoring, external alarms, overtemp protection, redundant power supply, field replaceable modules and front access.
